Gallagher Developments
Gallagher Developments are seeking the views of the local community on the proposals for Levante Gate. Levante Gate Strategic City Extension is proposed to be allocated for a new, mixed use, residential-led, strategic development to the south of the A5 and east of the A4146 in the emerging MK City Plan 2050, under emerging policy GS18.
The proposals include circa 1,250 new homes, a new primary school, a local centre, a mobility hub, public open space and sports pitches. Other proposed allocations nearby also include supporting infrastructure, including a secondary school and primary healthcare facilities (GP, pharmacy and dental services).
